At Epharma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Epharma account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
